This company is serious bad news and does not deserve even 0ne star. My order was for a replacement toilet seat. It arrived damaged and I had to send it straight back. Contacting the company was seriously flawed!! Quite honestly my advice is to avoid them at all cost!! Getting my money back has driven me to frustration. Even now they will not pay for the return postage which cost me £8.
