Awful.
Do not use this company. Ordered shower tray, delivery delayed by 2 days. Tray turned up broken into 3, had to have a webchat as you can't speak to ANYONE. Assured another would be delivered the next day - no delivery. Had to cancel in the end, assured this was being processed yet courier still trying to deliver. There's a reason you can't speak to anyone - probably the number of complaints. I have wasted hours having webchats to try and sort this out.
