Absolutely appalling customer service would never buy from this company again. I bought basin taps which turn different ways, clockwise for the hot and anticlockwise for the cold. After weeks of trying to speak to someone I have been told this is standard for the taps I bought... No one will call me, everything is done through Live Chat. An edition to my initial review, beware this company does not publish your reviews on products on their website unless they are positive...
