You can not speak to anybody the robot is no help doesn't understand anything. I've ben waiting 18 days now for a refund i have emailed so many times and nobody gets back to you. They owe me just over£300. Even arranging the returns was an absolute nightmare stay clear you can order with ease but try and return or get a refund. I'm taking them trading standards
