Terrible customer service. Quick to take your money but when you try to exchange or return the goods they send you around in a continuous loop of actions that eventually leave you at the bottom of a list of 63 and expect you to hang on for an indeterminate time to have a live chat with someone . If your screen dies during that time they drop you off the queue because of your inactivity. Seeking credit card advice on this transaction...you have been warned
