What a complete waste of time, I placed an order, paid for the item and was given a delivery date. I cancelled my arrangements to wait for the delivery. Delivery arrived but the contents are not mine but for a customer in Wales, our names and addresses are totally different. No phone, No email only a robot, after waiting 35 minutes so far, I’ve moved from 35 to 21 in line. This is not even a problem of my making but an incompetent employee who obviously doesn’t check what they are doing. I will not use this company again, for anyone about to order first check there non existent customer service. AVOID ALL COST
