Absolutely non existent customer service!
I’ve been waiting over 6 weeks now for a refund for a faulty product that had been discontinued. Every time I speak to customer services, false promises are made. Team leaders lie so they don't have to deal with you and just generally terrible service should you get any issues.
I would strongly advise going elsewhere and paying a little bit extra to a company who actually care about their customers as these clearly do not!
