I paid £49.99 for my toilet that was not suitable for it to be returned that was nearly 3 weeks ago .I have not had any refund or emails to say yous have my return . I ordered a new toilet that was the proper one .I am paying for both toilets at clearpay .which i cannot afford as i am a pensioner. I need my refund asap.
