The fitters were great. It turned out however that the bathroom tap was faulty a hairline crack, the leak from which was not evidenced for weeks. The fitters did everything they could. I reported the problem to VP, they wanted video evidence of the leak or photos of the hairline crack on an already fitted tap. VP do not want to know, guarantees are ultimately worthless. Appalling customer service.
