I had a shower fitted last year that has now broken, the chat bot can’t help and now left without a shower. No reply to my emails, no telephone number to call. The trade account telephone number that Barry Davidson gave us last year is no longer working. You can’t buy spare parts as the parts you use are foreign. We would never use this company again 😡
