Reported a manufacturer fault in main body of Schon Uspout kitchen mixer, received from V.P.on 5/9/22 fitted on 10/9/22 no faults and then sprung a pin hole on main post body below LHS tap and partly caused some water damage as it had occured overnight.All I have asked for is a replacement tap sent out to me to have fitted so we can use it for the purpose it was purchased,and if required I can return the defective tap for V.P. to return to manufacturer for replacement under warranty, not to difficult as the goods are only 6 weeks old,let's get this fixed ASAP,Mr McFarlane.
