Utility tap came loose and started to fall over. The plastic shield that was meant to support the tap had broken. Poor quality product as this should have been steel fitting. Emailed them got a ticket number back. I have been on chat with them twice with still no info. They said they were waiting for manufacture to come back. Atrocious company will never use them again. As repeated by reviews no customer service or phone number, sounds like a Sham company. Tap only a few months old never used and cost £170. Expect more!
