I have been exchanging emails with a rep of Victoria Plumbing for about a week.
I keep being told the problem I have complained about will be referred to their technical team.
But, nothing has been forthcoming. I’m not pleased with their customer service, as it seems they don’t have people with the required skill set.
Very unsatisfied with their service.
