Ceramic basin arrived completely shattered. Nothing in the packaging to protect it adequately in transit. This was not discovered until the box was opened for inspection the day before the fitter was arriving to fit the sink. VictoriaPlum have refused to replace it because it was reported after 14 days of delivery (notwithstanding that it was reported as soon as it was discovered the item was obliterated).
