Not just me then. All good until you have an issue. Customer service is appaling and, in general, have a terrible attitude. Now at the point that if I don't get the required resolution that trading standards will be getting a call. Asked to speak to a manager in the office today and told that it can take it up to 3 days.....are you serious!? Have done online chat, email and telephone with no success. As it stands, they have received, and signed for, over £200 of goods but are refusing to exchange them. I'll never buy from these cowboys again!
