We spent £625.77 on a new bathroom and when we had an issue with the shower, which allowed water to come out from EVERY join that said it wasn't fitted correctly, when in fact a plumber with 20 years experience fitted it, we took phots of everything, I sent them to them and they ask me to fit it again and video it for them so they could check it was fitted correctly. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this company.
