This company is incredibly incompetent and very frustrating to deal with. They will sell you a faulty unit as their quality control is abysmal and then make it very difficult to find any sort of solution. I bought a shower unit that doesn't work, when you have to install a product to test it you rely on the quality control. Having discovered it doesn't work I have had to deal with multiple members of their staff who treat you like you've done something wrong and suggest that it is somehow my responsibility to fix the shower. Finally got them to agree to send a part (not a new shower) urgently, just to get a call this morning saying no one ordered it so now I have to wait another few days before getting a repair done at my cost to a very expensive shower unit
