Port quality and terrible customer service . Purchased an orchard toilet and seat broke after 12.5 months.
Phoned up asking for a new screw and fixing which had broken and was told that the extended 3yr warranty doesn’t cover seats. Refused to even send a screw as it was over 12 months.
Don’t buy from these, might be cheap but it doesn’t last
