Worst experience I’ve ever had. It started well, website was easy to order from.. delivery was set; phone call before delivery, delivery men were lovely and very helpful. Problems occurred when it came to fitting the bathroom suite.. spent over £400 and it was problem after problem. Really hard to fit, no instructions, some of the products damaged, missing parts and wrong parts resulting in us spending even more money in b&q on the needed parts. Will never buy from Victoria plum again and will be warning everybody I know to avoid them. Shocking service, shocking products and just a terrible experience all round.
