As others have mentioned on here DO NOT USE Victoria Plumb. I had a shower tray delivered which was of dreadful quality. My plumber said it was the worst of it's kind he'd ever seen. I phoned to arrange it to be returned but was told that I had to pay a £49 return free!! I wasn't aware of this but I guess it is hidden away somewhere in their small print. Very bad for business and dreadful quality. Avoid!
