I have recently completed my shower room and have installed a toilet and cistern from VP. The toilet appears to have a design fault whereby the water does not flush right to the front of the pan due to the holes where the water flushes in are too big. 2 plumbers have now verified this after checking all the workings of the cistern etc. I have now had 2 replacements turn up that have been completely cracked and in 3 pieces due to the lack of secure packaging and both packages have had the same packaging. I am now awaiting a third delivery next week (have not been offered any kind of express delivery) and my plumbers bill is racking up thanks to VP. I shall be seeking compensation and have very littler faith that the design will be any different when I eventually get a toilet in one piece. Would never use VP again for any main bathroom fittings extremely disappointed.
