Terrible company! No customer service at all. Paid extra for delivery before 12 noon which didn’t happen and then they “raised an accounts query” to “see” if I could get a refund on the additional charge! 14 days on and NO confirmation. Waiting for 2 refunds for one item that didn’t even get picked for delivery however told couldn’t get a refund even after cancelling the order less than 10 minutes after order. Had to return an order and was charge £49.99 even though it cost £15 to deliver as a “two man return” even though my 10 year old could pick up the two boxes to get more money from you. 14 days on and now chasing for the refunds that sit with “accounts” so they can keep your money for longer. Disgusting company... Do not use... avoid at all costs!
