DISGUSTING!!! I ordered a bathroom suite. Pedal stool of sink was missing. I had wait almost a week until it was delivered, resulting in me having to pay plumber extra to come back and fit the sink. Toilet was faulty. Toilet seat was chipped. Sink tap faulty and uneven. Radiator/heated towel rail had chrome missing from each arm. It was expensive!!! I sent email to customer service. They requested photograghs, which I sent. I've been emailing them at least weekly but I am being totally ignored. So would appreciate advice. I guess my last resort is citizens advice. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. VERY POOR SERVICE. VERY POOR QUALITY. Save yourself a lot of stress, time and money.
