Buyer beware, fitted a £40 toilet seat, then notice the lid had a chip I n it on the leading edge. Telephoned customer service, and was told as I had fitted the seat Victoria Plumb had no more responsibility. Now have a useless seat. Finally found the chipped piece in the packaging. Do not buy from Victoria Plumb use Amazon instead, at least they have a professional customer service, who I am sure would have replaced the£40 seat!!!
