Ordered a pair of toilets with concealed cisterns but decided on alternative option and to save them haulage agreed to exchange the cisterns only(as the toilets were exactly the same). They took 3 weeks to process refund and it was £88 short! So complaint started after an unhelpful online chat. Thieves!
