Spent hours on the phone waiting, not exaggerating the first time 53 minutes then finally connected, and then got disconnected rang again talk an 1hour 26minutes to be put through. This was to exchange an item as they sent the wrong colour the first time. Sorted but had to pay the current price of the item. The. Rang again as they sent a pet which doesn’t fit to the the sink even though it was suggested as the matching part, have to pay for own return, I have done this with tracked delivery 3weeks ago and still no refund, I have emailed and no reply and I have also tried to ring a couple of times.
