ordered… This company is a disgrace I ordered flooring that said it was easy to lay didn’t require professional fiitting etc to say that it is unfit for purpose is an understatement in fact it is a health hazard due to the micro plastic it creates when cutting. Customer service said that they will ask technical team but they will say it wasn’t fitted properly. So a timer and a technical dept at a higher school couldn’t fit it without it snapping everywhere and yet I persisted but tonight is the last night 5 hours wasted it is a disaster! Simply blaming the customer for your poor quality product isn’t actually good enough.Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of your product.
