Bought a shower door prefitted in a frame. It was fixed and off level and had no adjustment. I sent photographs to show the issue, complained and requested a straight one, they replied saying it must be fitted wrong!! I would never use Victoria Plumb again based on this experience. Very unprofessional and not supportive.
