I initially was very happy with my bath,sink and shower door. Checked everything was intact as recommended but when we had shower door fitted and removed the PROTECTIVE corners there was a chip in one of the corners. I contacted Victoria plum and emailed them a picture. They said they couldn't stand over it because I should have removed the protective corners when checking. I got a very rude member of staff. So basically if everything is OK they are a great company but if its not good luck in even getting through on the phone never mind anything else.
