Spoke to 3 different people on chat email and phone to cancel 1 item from a £1200 order this was 4 days before it was despatched... They still dispatched it.
I was Then told they had issued a refund and I will get it within 14 days. (14th day today) and still no refund.
Items Also came damaged (bent) with marks all over the shower panel trims.
Arranged collection of the extra shower board last Friday but no collection was made.
Terrible service
Certainly won’t be using again
