i ordered 11 boxes of tiles from them and 2+ boxes are faulty, chipped or with edges cut like a saw blade. I have spent so much time on the phone, emailing, waiting in line to chat and nothing has been resolved. I am having these tiles fitted in just over 2 weeks now as this has dragged on for so long and they have still not got back to me. I am, again today, waiting at 76 in the row to speak to someone. I have sent photos. i said I would purchase the two boxes of tiles from them and they could reimburse me when it was sorted out but they refused and said that if i bought them they would not reimburse me. I have just looked on the site and it says these tiles would be out for delivery in last week of June which is when my tiler is due to come. I am having a new kitchen installed. I just cannot get through to this company despite what it says on their online guarantee. they also insist they will not take the other tiles back unless I send photos. This has been really difficult as I have no idea how to do it and am lockdown. What do you have to do to get this company to honour its guarantee?
