Just the same as everyone else. DO NOT BUY FROM VICTORIA PLUM. Ordered a toilet and vanity unit. Due to constant damaged items we have 3 toilet pans and 4 toilet cisterns to throw in the skip. Chat line was offline more than it was on and my blood was boiling several times when from being 100 in queue to single figures chat ended! I tried telephoning, emailing, using chat line and the good old fashioned postal service. STILL WAITING to get a response. We had to go to our local bathroom store and pay more for a quality, perfect toilet as our plumber had been cancelled twice due to delays. I was offered £20.00 as a goodwill gesture!!!! They are an absolute joke.
