Placed and paid for an order and opted for the first available delivery date of 10th July 2020 (18 days later) I received a message saying that I would be given a 2 hour deliver window the day before deliver was due. This did not happen. So went on their web site to try and find a delivery time only to find that I was no. 84 in line to 'chat to a representative'. 30 minutes later I finally got through only to eventually be advised that the Item was out of stock. (this despite the fact that a delivery date had been previously arranged) I insisted that I be refunded only to be told that I would now have to wait to be dealt with another department. After further delay I was advised that I would be refunded but that this would take two weeks. Do not buy anything from Victoria Plumb - they cannot be trusted to deliver what they promised
