Ordered small freestanding bathroom cabinet. Item arrived on time but back panel damaged - broken in three places due to screw (which fixes to side of cabinet) being badly countersunk and tightened too much. Cardboard packing box was totally fine so damage occurred pre-transit. Despite this item had a Quality Check sticker confirming OK. "Aye that'll be right." as we say up here. Waited for an hour and a half on Live Chat until I gave up. You can't get through by telephone. Have emailed for a partial refund but will be surprised if I get any response other than an automated one given what other customers have said. Reviews on Trust Pilot are obviously rubbish. Wish I'd seen this review site before I ordered.
