The customer service is a joke... why is there no telephone service??? The online chat is nearly always offline of if you’re lucky enough to get through you get cut off!!!
The fitting for my basin tap was missing and I can’t get hold of them!!!!
My daughter ordered from them also and her bath arrived damaged!
