Terrible customer service. Goods arrived damaged and I still cannot get it replaced as I have no direct numbers to deal with them. Website chat has proven in-effective, email is in-effective. Shower tray came in good packaging but had surface scratches all over. I just want a replacement..... Very frustrating.
