Same as everyone else on here. They are brilliant at taking your money and absolutely shocking at refunding you. I have now waited over 4 hours to speak to someone on 'live chat' to arrange a collection for the 2nd time as the first promised call-back never materialised. I am sick to death of this company and wish I had never ordered from them in the first place.
