first item was damaged then waited over a month for a refund despite being told it was 7-14 days. constantly told I would get an an email with an update. didn't receive one bit of communication. Second item just never turned up so again went for a refund. After 4 weeks was told it had 'gone to the wrong department' so had another 14 days to wait. absolutely terrible customer service. No apology, no thank you, just fobbed off constantly
