TERRIBLE COMPANY!! Purchased a shower door from them. Door arrived, so removed old door ready to fit. Began to fit and at the end and found that one part of the trim was scratched badly when Unpacked.
Contacted them (can only contact via web chat). Very unhelpful customer service person told me I can’t have a replacement trim as I have already installed the product! She said I should have checked every piece in detail for any damage before installing any part. AVOID
