I ordered a shower screen, they said I had missed the delivery, I told them we must have not herd them knocking, on the chat (you can’t talk to anyone) said they should have used the Ring door bell, it is linked to three mobile phones, he said the driver would have done that, refused to believe us, so if wanted it redeemed would cost another £36
Or I could cancel it, I cancelled it, I now have to call again as still waiting for money back.
Surprisingly bad company!!!
