I Paid extra to have the items delivered to "a room of my choice". Delivery driver said sure, just need to wait for my colleague to help, lent the shower cubicle across my kitchen doorway and then disappeared. Delivery company took a call then didn't call back. Victoria Plum customer service were "sorry but there's nothing we can do" - here's your delivery fee refunded. But I still can't get into my kitchen, can't move it because I have a broken collarbone, which is why I paid extra. Disgusting service.
