Bought abathroom vanity unit with basin in January. Stored parcel unopened till my bathroom fitter opened a box a month later. Basin was delivered broken. Contacted Victoria Plum but their excuse is 7 days fault/damaged goods policy.
Tried to request replacement but they refuse libility now.
Please don't do the same misteake like me and don't buy from this seller. I've lost over £300.
