I tried to order when you had your ‘choose a free gift’ few weeks ago and your system wasn’t working, so I emailed for help and have never received help or a response. When your system was working the offer was not available- emailed again nothing . Was signature delivery but was just left outside, was only by sheer luck I found my parcel- not good
