I have been using Vida Glow Marine Collagen powder for about 8mth now. I bought it in the hopes it would help my very fine, thin hair. Although it didn't help me with that, it certainly helped me grow nails like I have never had before. I ran out and noticed my nails deteriorating again, so am back on it. Would love it to have helped my hair, but nice nails is a bonus.
