I think the cost is slightly high compared to quantity. HOWEVER, I GOT THE BERRY TASTE AND IT IS FANTASIC, I AM HOOKED !!! I understand it would be so much more cost effective to buy one of those bigger jars for the same price BUT THE CONVIDENCE OF THE PACKETS / THE TASTE IM GOING TO BE a SUCKER AND KEEP BUYING YOUR PROUCT !
On effectiveness wise, I am almost finished my first packet, I'm not too sure what the results are meant to be but lll keep using it cause as I like how it forces me to drink a glass of water in the morning.
