Loving the Vida glow supplements, my hair, nails are feeling more strong and growing faster than normal. My skin also feels less dry and has more of a glow to it. Have been having the supplements daily either in my coffee or a flavour one in water. I do believe to see the result you have to take this regularly but if you do you will see the benefits.
