I was given Vida Glow by a friend for Christmas and had some unexpected results after six weeks of using! My skin definitely improved but most beneficial of all was the bursitis in my hip which I have suffered from for two years has almost gone. I have since read of improvements for others with arthritis who have taken collagen. Win win situation for me. Thank you Vida Glow.
