Since starting Vida Glow I hadn't really paid much attention to my skin as I knew it would take awhile for changes to come through (if any were!). It was only till people starting complimenting me on my skin that I realised it must really be working! A great product that's simple to incorporate into your day, I either have mine in a smoothie or my tea/coffee! Now my mums using it too!
