I bought the large tub of marine collagen to try and help improve my hair. Im 50 and its thinning and a little baldy patch forming at the front I noticed. I've almost finished the tub. I've noticed that it's made a difference to my skin, it's looking better, but it hasn't made a difference to my hair yet. I will buy another tub and see if it does in time. Definitely worth trying.
