I use twice a day, although with my age I’m supposed to use three times per day. I have the peach flavored, it’s a very fine powder. I mix in room temperature bottled water, cold drinks and even my morning hot tea. It’s very versatile and dissolves, not leaving a grittiness. My dark circles under my eyes are lightning and my skin is so much smoother. I know it’s a bit pricey for some, but it’s so worth it!
